Domi, who also acts in the role of the father, hails from Anahola, Kauai. He has enjoyed acting since his high school days when he starred in the Kapaa High School’s musical of “L’il Abner.” In more recent years he has been in many musical programs affliated with the missionary church. Domi is of Hawaiian/Filipino descent and is happy to be part of Luau Kalamaku as it tells a story of the early Hawaiians. The storyline of Kalamku reminds him of his cultural roots and provides him an avenue to portray that culture to the audience and have them feel what those early Hawaiians experienced during their long voyage. Domi is a born again Christian and spends much of his spare time in church music ministry with his wife of 32 years, Carole. He also enjoys night diving for reef fish … and eating them too!
